Lewisburg-Mary Elizabeth Soans, 84, passed away Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, at Greenbrier Health Care Center in Fairlea.
Mrs. Soans was born Apr. 12, 1935 in Allegheny County, VA, the daughter of the late Clyde E. and Grace M. Conner Kisner.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Carroll in 1981.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, Oct. 2, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg where Rev. Susan Sharp Campbell officiated.
