Fairlea-Martha Elizabeth Scott Fullen, 68, passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2020.

She was born Feb. 19, 1951, to the late Howard and Lucille Honaker Scott in Caldwell.

She married her husband, Douglas Bell Fullen, on Dec. 30, 1970.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Foster.

Martha is survived by her husband, Douglas Bell Fullen; four children, Michael Douglas Fullen of Fairlea, Mary Ruth (Luke) Lambert of Union, KY, Marcus Bell (Mandy) Fullen of Vinton, VA, and Brandon Scott (Junko) Fullen of Savannah, GA; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; brother, Tommy (Frances) Scott of Lewisburg; sisters, Anna (Frank) Defibaugh, Freda Casto both of Caldwell, and Mary (Tom) Lee of Leesburg, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Martha worked for City National Bank for over 30 years and retired from the Greenbrier County Magistrates Office. She was a member of ARP Church in Fairlea. She loved shopping, spending time with her family and friends, and attending the State Fair.

The family received friends Monday evening, Jan. 27 at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel, Lewisburg. Funeral service was held on Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the funeral home where Pastor Ike Hughes and Pastor Bill Harris officiated. Interment followed in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ARP Church in Fairlea, 9364 Seneca Trail, Ronceverte, WV 24970.
