Lewisburg-Marion Cecil Williams, Jr., 82, passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2018, at his home.

Born Oct. 30, 1936, at Wolf Creek, he was the son of the late Cecil and Geraldine Hinton Williams.

Marion was a 1954 graduate of Union High School.  He retired from Frito Lay as a Route Salesman after 33 years of service.  Marion was also a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Edgewood Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Susan Williams.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Betty Jane Cremeans Williams; son, Mark Wayne Williams of Sinks Grove; and daughter, Rebecca Jane Williams of Lewisburg.

Funeral service was held Thursday, Dec. 27, at the Morgan Funeral Home Chapel where Rev. Dr. Joe Geiger officiated. Burial was in Rosewood Cemetery, Lewisburg.

Visitation was Wednesday evening, Dec. 26, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations of sympathy be made to the Edgewood Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 162 Harper Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
