Join the town of Rainelle to celebrate our veterans! Those riding with Run For The Wall will arrive Thursday, May 26, at noon, and everyone is encouraged to line the sidewalks to support them as they travel to Washington, DC.

Activities on Friday, May 27, include the Task Force Omega scenic ride, Murbles tournament, a program at Stonerise Nursing Home and an evening candlelight ceremony at the Mountaineer Veterans Garden of Honor.

Join us on Saturday, May 28, for the parade. Motorcycles, all types of vehicles, floats, animals, bicycles, walking groups and bands are welcome to participate. The Murbles tournament continues with the Gold Star Mothers and the ROTC from Nicholas County and Greenbrier West. The day wraps with a concert at Rainelle Elementary and fireworks at the Industrial Park. A Sunday morning worship service is scheduled for May 29 at the Ponderosa.

Visit the LZ Rainelle website at www.lzrainelle.org for more information.
