Lucy Nancy Paulin

Lucy Nancy Paulin, 98, died peacefully on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Vincentian Home in Pittsburgh, PA.

She was the daughter of the late Vincent and Luella (Blankenship) Paulin, born Jan. 28, 1927.

Lucy lived with her family on Butler Mountain, Renick, WV. Following graduation from West Virginia Business College, Lucy was employed by Chubb Insurance as an administrative assistant for 40 years.

After her retirement, she became nanny for two children, whom she lovingly looked after for 15 years.

Lucy was devout Catholic and a longtime member of St. Jude Parish. She loved her church, babies, dogs, cats, playing bingo and going to the races. She was a kind and gentle spirit who will be long remembered.

She was the last of seven children, sister to the late Alex, Jim, Bartley, Lewis, Robert and Frances Paulin Musselman. She is survived by numerous beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Catholic Mass will be Saturday, July 26, at 12 noon at the Church of Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, Williamsburg, WV, with Mons. Kevin Quirk officiating, Interment will follow in the Church of Mary Immaculate Cemetery.

The family will have a visitation from 11 a.m. until service time at the church.
