Businesses across Greenbrier County now have a new way to invest in employee wellness – with water. The Greenbrier Valley Aquatic Center (GVAC) has launched a Corporate Membership program that allows employers to give the gift of aquatic access to their staff and their families.
“This is a new initiative for us,” said TAG Galyean, GVAC Founder. “We’re seeing employees of corporate members bringing their kids, grandkids – entire families – to the pool. It’s multi-generational fun and fitness. People who never considered a membership before are now calling it their healthy, stay-at-home vacation.”
The Corporate Membership program offers flexible packages for businesses of all sizes, starting at $300 per month for up to five employees. Memberships cover the employee and their immediate family and include access to our lap swimming, family pool, warm-water therapy pool, well-equipped gym, seasonal terrace, splash pad, lounging porch, lawn games and more. Tiered options are available in groups of five, ten, or fifteen employees, and custom plans can be arranged for larger organizations. Annual payments come with a 10% discount.
Galyean emphasized the broader benefits of the program. “This is an affordable way for businesses to support the well-being of their teams while strengthening our community facility.”
Several local employers are already making waves by joining the program, including Architectural Woodwork Institute, Main Street Builders, Smooth Ambler Spirits, Greenbrier Real Estate Service, and Greenbrier County Schools. All Corporate Members are recognized on a new display in the Competition Pool area.
