Long time Lewisburg resident Mildred Rutledge turned 106 years old last week on Mar. 7, and was paid a birthday visit by Lewisburg Mayor Beverly White and City Manager Misty Hill to celebrate the occasion. Mildred was born in Charleston on Mar. 7, 1918. Pictured are Mildred (left) and Mayor White (right) during the visit.
