The 95th annual convention of the West Virginia Garden Clubs was held Mar. 28 through Mar. 30 at Flatwoods, WV. Representing the Lewisburg House and Garden Club were Martha Perilli, Deloris Dotson, Barb Hiltner, and Judy Deegans.
The convention featured interesting speakers on subjects ranging from growing orchids, landscaping with native WV medicinal plants, and flower arranging. A special project was members planting a newly-constructed raised flower bed at a nearby nursing home.
