The 16th annual Lewisburg Chocolate Festival will be held this year on Apr. 6 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in downtown Lewisburg. Ticket sales will begin online at 10 a.m. on March 8 at www.unitedwaygreenbrier.com. A direct link will be shared on the event’s Facebook page, “Lewisburg Chocolate Festival” on the day of. Follow the page to be notified when the ticket link goes live.

FAQs:

How many tickets should I buy?

Tickets come in packs of 5 for $5. Each tasting costs 1 to 2 tickets. Most people purchase roughly 25 tickets per person.

Can we wait and buy tickets the day of the festival?

We strongly encourage you to pre-order tickets. We keep a very small amount on hand to sell at will-call. Last year we sold out in less than 40 minutes.

Will my tickets be mailed to me?

All tickets are picked up at will-call on the morning of the festival. Don’t worry! Our will-call is a well oiled machine, the line moves very quickly!

Does the festival accept outside vendors?

Due to the unpredictability of the weather on the day-of, we do not accept outside vendors. Chocolatiers can reach out if we have spots open in downtown merchants we can sometimes fill a spot with chocolatiers.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are not allowed at the chocolate festival for their own safety. Kiddos tend to drop chocolate, the whole town is filled with chocolate! We love your pups and want to keep them safe.

Where can I get a full lineup of events and map?

The festival brochure will be posted to the Lewisburg Chocolate Festival’s Facebook page closer to the festival date. There will be fun activities, live music, chocolate tastings, chef demonstrations, a photobooth, and more.

When can I register for the HospiceCare Chocolate Chase?

Registration has opened for the HospiceCare Chocolate Chase 5K/10K. HospiceCare once again invites you to dust off those running shoes and race for a great cause, while celebrating the culinarily spectacular Chocolate Festival in beautiful Lewisburg. The races will start and finish at The Greenbrier County Courthouse in downtown Lewisburg and is open to all ages. All proceeds benefit the local Hospice in Lewisburg.

  • Pre-registration: $20 for the 5K, $25 for the 10K
  • Pay on day-of: $25 and $30 on race day.
