New River Community and Technical College (NRCTC) is proud to welcome Kayla Saunders back as Director of Business Development and Fundraising. In this role, Saunders will lead the College’s efforts to strengthen partnerships, expand fundraising initiatives, and enhance community engagement throughout southern West Virginia.
Saunders previously served as an Advancement and Recruitment Specialist at New River CTC, where she helped increase enrollment, build partnerships with local schools and organizations, and support the College’s outreach and fundraising goals. Her experience in business development and community relations positions her well to advance the College’s mission and strategic initiatives.
“I’m so glad to be returning to New River CTC. As a native and proud West Virginian, it means a lot to be part of an institution that invests in our people and our future,” Saunders said. “I’m excited to connect with our communities, alumni, and business partners to build meaningful relationships and opportunities that make a lasting difference in our region and state.”
A graduate of Concord University, Saunders earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in accounting.
