Clintonville-Justin Lee Surbaugh, 22, passed away Friday, May 9, 2014, at home after a sudden illness.

Justin was born Mar. 30, 1992, at Clifton Forge, VA, to Terry Lee and Angela Lynn Ramsey Surbaugh.

Justin was a welder for Ayers Construction and a member of the James Chapel United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, George Surbaugh; maternal grandfather, Billy Ramsey; paternal great-grandparents, Lincoln and Myrtle Kcnney; and maternal great-grandparents, Billy and Martha Ramsey.

Survivors include his parents, Terry and Angie Surbaugh of Clintonville; paternal grandmother, Doris Kenney Surbaugh of Clintonville; maternal grandmother, Cheryl Hylton Ramsey of Ronceverte; sister, Lauren Faith Surbaugh of Clintonville; brothers, Jared (Lauren) Surbaugh of Morgantown and Kevin Surbaugh of Ronceverte: and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral service was held Wednesday, May 14 at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg where Rev. Sam Haught officiated.

Burial was in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Lewisburg.

The family received friends Tuesday evening, May 13 at the funeral home.
