Lewisburg-John Morrison Hiser, 74, formerly of Fort Spring and Caldwell, passed away Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, at the White Sulphur Springs Center.
John was born Apr. 5, 1945, the son of the late William Basil and Sadie Copenhaver Hiser.
John was retired from The Greenbrier Resort where he was in golf course maintenance. He also formerly served as Constable for the city of Alderson.
Other than his parents, John was preceded in death by a brother, William Ray “Bill” Hiser, and wife Patty Hiser.
Survivors include his daughter, Sheryl Wikle of Hinton; grandson, Shawn Blankenship of Wayside; nephews, Aaron Hiser, and William “Pug” Hiser; niece, Tammy Hiser; and many cousins, and close friends.
John donated his body to the Human Gift Registry at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
