Joanne Johnson Frazier

Union-Joanne Johnson Frazier, 84, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015, at Peyton Hospice House in Lewisburg, after a brief illness.

Joanne was preceded in death by her two sons, Eric J. Frazier and James C. Frazier; brother, Rev. James Johnson; and her parents, Randolph Johnson and Jeanette Price Johnson.

She is survived by: her husband, Clifton T. Frazier; two sons, Rex Mitchell Frazier and Clifton T. Frazier, II; sister, Carolyn Johnson Dixon; and brother, Randolph F. Johnson, Jr.

Joanne was a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, majoring in Art and Interior Design. A renowned artist, she was very active in all arts and a member of the Garden Club, Quilt Club, Red Hat Club and the Greenbrier Valley Chorale.

As per the request of the deceased, private services for the immediate family only will be held.

In lieu of flowers, please make all donations in memory of Joanne J. Frazier to: Peyton Hospice House, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
