Muddy Creek Mountain – Jimmie Huffman passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020, at his home with Annette and Bluebell at his side.
He was of the Baptist faith and held the belief that you are not truly Baptist unless you are fully submerged. He worked a large part of his life on his father’s farm and on his own farm. He was very proud of his work life building mausoleums in the states.
Those loved family members preceding him are his father, Edgar Huffman; mother, Charlotte Huffman; and brother, Eddie Grey Huffman.
Survivors include son, Mark Anthony Huffman, his faithful companion, Annette (Annie Pyne); brother, Danny Huffman; nephews, Dervin and wife Rebeka Huffman, Daniel Huffman, Jacob and wife Kerri Huffman, Lester and wife Lauren Huffman; Aunt Drema and husband Roscoe Amos; and especially his beloved pet Bluebell.
Services were held on Monday, June 15, at Roach Cemetery near Lewisburg where Pastor Ike Hughes officiated.
McCraw Funeral Home in Lewisburg was in charge of arrangements.
