OBIT.Jesse HyltonRonceverte-Jesse Talman Hylton, 67, passed away at home on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015.

Jesse was born Dec. 16, 1947, in Ronceverte to the late Earnest Alvon and Cinderella Simmons Morgan Hylton.
Jesse was a retired Lineman and Trouble Shooter having worked for VEPCO, Allegheny Power and Monongahela Power Companies. He was a member of Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church, a Lay Speaker at Elizabeth Chapel, Masonic Monroe Lodge #77, IBEW #220 and WV Farm Bureau.
Other than his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon “Sis” Gwinn; and a brother, Kenneth Hylton.
Survivors include: his wife of 49 years, Kathleen Falls Hylton; sons, John Wesley Hylton (Marisa) of Lewisburg and Christopher Talman Hylton (Deanna) of Organ Cave; grandchildren, Talman Wayne Hylton, Tyler James Hylton and Logan Wesley Hylton; sisters, Patti Brown (Gary) of Ronceverte, Vicki O’Brien (Paul) of Ronceverte, Martha Snedegar (Tommy) of Ronceverte and Anna Marie Brooks (Rodney) of Ronceverte; brothers, Dorsey Hylton (Dorothy) of Sinks Grove, Danny Hylton (Sarah) of Lewisburg, Daron Hylton (Wendy) of Lewisburg and Jimmy Hylton (Teresa) of Ronceverte; sister-in-law, Sharon Hylton of White Sulphur Springs; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and his faithful companion, his Jack Russell Terrier “Susie”
His funeral service was held Saturday, Nov. 28, at Trinity United Methodist Church where Pastors Dave Stilgenbauer, Bryan Baker, Donnie Weikle and Youel Altizer officiated. Burial was in the Morgan Cemetery.
Friends called Friday evening, Nov. 27, at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte.
In lieu of flowers, due to allergies, donations of sympathy can be made to Greenbrier County Emergency Ambulance, 257 3rd Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901; Elizabeth Chapel United Methodist Church, Rt 2, Box 397F, Ronceverte, WV 24970 c/o Melvin Dobbins; or Hospice Care, 1265 Maplewood Avenue, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
