Jerry Ray Woolwine

OBIT.WoolwineRonceverte-Jerry Ray Woolwine, 52, passed away Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, at home.

Jerry was born Jan. 7, 1963, in Ronceverte to the late Billie Joe Woolwine and the late Mary Frances McQuade.

Besides his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by brother, Jimmy Woolwine.

Jerry was in the U.S. Coast Guard, was a self-employed plumber, loved WV Mountaineer Football, NASCAR, Mountain Dew. He also enjoyed shooting pool, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include: daughter, Kim McDaniel Gardner and husband Chad of Barlow, OH; son, Mark Woolwine and wife Sarah of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Kyler, Shane and Lan; sister, Kathy Walton and husband Randy of Lynchburg, VA; brothers, John A. Woolwine and wife Edna of Lewisburg, OH and Billie “Joe” Woolwine and wife Bridget of Appomattox, MA and Abner, his German Short Hair.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6, at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte with Pastor Kevin Altizer officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until time of service on Friday.
