Two musical events are upcoming at The Hunkerdown in Sinks Grove, located at 110 Fort Springs Road. On Sunday, Sept. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 20, Jammin’ at the Hunkerdown will bring live “mountain music jam and Appalachian and Celtic tunes and songs” from 5 to 7 p.m. Both traditional and jam-friendly original material are welcome. Acoustic instruments only.
The menu includes clam chowder, butternut bisque, fresh crusty bread, coconut cake, pasties, coffee, and specialty drinks.
