White Sulphur Springs-Jack Miller Boone, 86, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019.

He left behind his beloved wife of 66 years, Virginia; and two children, daughter, Teresa, 64 and son, Jack, 65.

After graduating from White Sulphur Springs High School in 1953 and then attending a semester at GMS, Jack was drafted and served two years in the army stationed in Chicago. Returning to White Sulphur he chose a career as a plumber, serving an apprenticeship at The Greenbrier.

Jack and family relocated in the early ‘60s to Pompano Beach, FL, where Jack continued his plumbing career.

His wife and children still reside in Florida.

A service will be held at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in White Sulphur Springs, at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22. Internment will follow in the Bethel Cemetery in Organ Cave.
