Williamsburg Ruritan President Ray Phillips presents Jack Goodman Memorial Scholarships to three local seniors; Hayden Ridgeway, Ashley Stidom, and Issac Jones. Each graduate received a $500 scholarship toward their continuing education; a portion of which came from the “Grow your Dollars” program sponsored by Ruritan National.
