House and Garden Club meets at Spring Valley Farm

On May 24, The Lewisburg House and Garden Club met at Spring Valley Farm in Monroe County for its annual luncheon. The meal was served on a beautiful, sprawling front porch with a delicious menu of various sandwiches, salads and desserts served by the farm’s owners.
Following the luncheon, three new club members were accepted. They include Barb Hiltner, Jennifer Pack Davis and her mother, Mary Beth Pack. Jennifer and Mary Beth belong to the family that secured the farm in 2021. The family has worked relentlessly to restore the farm and garden to original form.
