‘Honoring our Veterans’ theme of Rupert’s annual Country Fling

The 39th Annual Rupert Country Fling will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, and will begin with a parade at 10 a.m. (lineup beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Second Street) with fun and games to follow at the Rupert Community Building. Trophies will be awarded to parade participants.
There will be a variety of food, crafts, games, a country store, baking contest, bouncy house for the kids, pony rides, dunking booth, dime toss, train rides, pretty baby contest, live bluegrass and gospel music and much, much more! Pay $5 per child for unlimited play on the bouncy house, train ride, and pony rides.
A flea market will be set up across the street for those of you interested in browsing. A cake auction, dinner, and a great craft giveaway will round out the evening. Come on out, bring the family, enjoy a day of fun and friendship.
