Harry R. Farley, Jr.

White Sulphur Springs-Harry R. “Rocky” Farley, Jr., 61, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, from Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Born Mar. 13, 1952, at Williamson, he was a son of the late Harry, Randolph Farley, Sr. and the lat Emma Josephine Asbury Farley.

Rocky was a Cryogenics Technician from PRAX-AIR in Houston, TX, and retired in 1999.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Thelma Roberts and Betty Coon; two brothers, Arlie and Harley Forrest; and his mother-in-law, Charlotte McClellan.

Survivors include: his adoring wife, Teresa McClellan Farley who loved him more than life; daughters, Melissa Dawn Farley and companion Mike McCaw of Waterford, MI, Arny Lynne Farley of Bloomingrose, Kaysie (Jack) Fry of Dorothy and Tonda (Jerry) Smith of Arkansas; two sons, Joseph Farley of Neola and Jeremy (Jill) Jones of Sissonville father-in-law. Rev. Cecil (Nancy) McClellan of Beckley; sisters, Emma (Billy) Austin of Ameagle and Teresa Ross of Ohio; 13 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service celebrating his life was held Wednesday, Feb. 12 at the Pentecostal Freedom Church, 7496 Clear Fork Road, Ameagle, WV, where Rev. Cecil McClellan and Rev. Jeff Shea officiated.

The family received friends at the church before the service on Wednesday.

Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Lewisburg was in charge of arrangements.
