The descendants of the late John Bunyon Hanson and Maude Hayes Hanson will gather for their 19th annual family reunion on Oct. 8. The reunion will begin at 11 a.m. at the Asbury Community Center. The Hansons have called Muddy Creek Mountain home for generations, and Mr. Hanson ran a general store there for many years. The reunion will feature live music by the Hanson Family Band, a “Made From the Heart” raffle, bingo, great food and fellowship.
