Guy Richard Hager

Christiansburg, VA-Guy Richard Hager, 57, formerly of White Sulphur Springs, passed away Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry “Buck” and Helene Hager.

He is survived by: his wife, Deborah Graham Hager; daughter, Tara Dowdy; step-children, Amanda Mae Kopec, Adam Smith and Rikki Leigh Edmondson; grandchildren, Brooklyn and Brianna Dowdy; brother, Mike Hager and wife Rhonda; niece, Erin Hager; nephew, Chris Hager and wife Ginny and their son Gage; step-nephew, Trey White; special friend, Mark Zupancich; as well as many other special friends.

Guy was a former employee of The Greenbrier, and a car salesman for First Team in Roanoke, Shelor in Christiansburg, and Tidewater Lincoln Ford in Myrtle Beach, SC. He enjoyed motorcycles and fishing.

The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. at The Event Center, Christiansburg, VA, with Rev. Buford Linkous officiating. Visitation will follow until 4 p.m.
