“Paul and I intend for both Foxfire and Grist Real Estate Associates to flourish and prosper,” says Richard Grist. “There is an abundance of business and opportunities for each to take advantage of.” Paul and Richard plan to collaborate whenever possible.

According to Paul Grist, “I am excited to exercise my entrepreneurial spirit. Having two firms allows my father and me to expand our footprint in the Greenbrier Valley and form strong strategic partnership between Foxfire and Grist Real Estate Associates. We are excited to capture a larger market.”

Foxfire Realty is the premiere real estate firm in the Greenbrier Valley for farms, timberland investment, recreational land and country estates.

For the third time in three years, the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors named Paul Grist number one in sales as the lead marketer for Foxfire. The award recognizes Grist for achieving the highest dollar sales volume in 2014, which totaled nearly $10 million. He is a third generation real estate professional as his grandfather Grist started buying and selling coal land and timberlands in the Southern West Virginia coal fields in 1949 for WM Ritter Lumber Company and Red Jacket Coal Co.
