The Greenbrier County Grand Jury handed up 41 indictments during the October session. Among those indicted this term is Larry Vernon Hoke, a White Sulphur Springs resident who allegedly shot and killed his stepdaughter, Glenda Hull, in a domestic dispute in October 2015. Hoke has been indicted for murder.

Judge Jennifer P. Dent’s arraignment hearings are scheduled for Monday, October 17, at 9:30 a.m., and Judge Robert E. Richardson’s arraignment hearings will be held Friday, Oct. 21, at 9 a.m.
