Greenbrier County Schools announce their sponsorship of the federally funded Summer Food Service Program. Meals are open to all children, age 18 years and under, who would like to participate.
Meals will be served at the following sites:
- Alderson Elementary: June 17 through July 26 – Breakfast, 8 to 8:30 a.m. – Lunch, 11 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
- Frankford Elementary: June 17 through July 26 – Breakfast, 8 to 8:30 a.m. – Lunch, 11 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
- Rainelle Elementary: June 17 through July 26 – Breakfast, 8 to 8:30 a.m. – Lunch, 11 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
- White Sulphur Elementary: June 17 through July 26 – Breakfast, 8 to 8:30 a.m. – Lunch, 11 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
All sites are closed on June 20 for West Virginia Day and for the July 4 holiday as well.
- Ronceverte Elementary: July 8 through 26 – Lunch, 1 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
- Crichton Elementary: June 17 through July 26 – Lunch, 11 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
- Alderson Farmers Market: June 18 and June 25, and July 2, 9, 16 and 23 – Lunch, 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays.
- Greenbrier State Forest: July 8 through July 11 – 9:30 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
- Carnegie Kids College: July 8-12 and July 15-19 – 11:10 to 11:30 a.m. and 2:20 to 2:40 p.m. Monday through Friday.
