will meet Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. in Room 212 at the Greenbrier County Courthouse, Lewisburg. On the agenda:

• Regular Business

– Approve Minutes – Sept. 23, 2014 Regular Meeting

– Settlements of Estates

– Exonerations/County Splits/Consolidations

• Financial Approvals

– Arts & Recreation Transfer

– Budget Revisions

– Line Item Transfer

– Pay Bills

• Presentation

– Recognition of National 4-H Week

• Public Comment for Agenda Items

• New Business

– Proclamation for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

– Open bids for asbestos removal & demolition for FEMA buyout

homes

– Consider request from Town of Rainelle for assistance with

dredging and cleaning of stream beds within the Town of Rainelle

– Consider petition to reopen the estate of John R. Dawkins

– Consider appointment to Greenbrier County Housing Authority

– Consider writing letter to Division of Highways in regards to

condition of Muddy Creek Mountain Road

– Consider writing letter to cell phone providers to encourage cell

towers to be placed in Route 92 area

– Consider leave request made by Animal Control Officer

– Consider signing surety bond for City National Bank accounts

– Acknowledge letter from Planning Commission which approved

revisions to Comprehensive Plan and sign the plan as adopted
