<h1><\/h1>\r\n[caption id="attachment_28312" align="aligncenter" width="640"]<img class="size-large wp-image-28312" src="https:\/\/mountainmedianews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2017\/06\/Gbr-Public-Library-3000x1993.jpg" alt="" width="640" height="425" \/> The Greenbrier County Public Library celebrates its 10th birthday.[\/caption]\r\n<h1>The public is invited to a birthday party, July 12, with music and refreshments celebrating the 75th birthday of the charter of the Greenbrier County Public Library.<\/h1>\r\nThe free event, from 6-8 p.m., also celebrates the 10th anniversary of the library\u2019s spacious facility that overlooks downtown Lewisburg. Wine and appetizers will be served by Blackwell\u2019s. Amy\u2019s Cakes & Cones is making the birthday cake. If anyone has the credentials to make a special birthday cake, it\u2019s Amy Mills - she\u2019s executive pastry chef at the Greenbrier Sporting Club. She trained at Johnson and Wales University and earned two associate degrees, in the culinary arts and in baking and pastry arts.\r\n\r\nEntertainment will be provided by Barbara Wygal Lutz, performing \u201cBooks to Broadway,\u201d a musical revue. The performance was first announced for a November library event, but Lutz was called out of town on a family matter.\r\n\r\nThe Greenbrier County Public Library is the third most visited place in Greenbrier County, right behind the PGA tour at The Greenbrier and the State Fair of West Virginia.\r\n\r\nMore information about library services is available by calling 304-647-7568.
