Village Caregiving’s Lewisburg office, which first opened its doors in March 2025, has been honored as the “New Business of the Year” by the Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce, highlighting the company’s rapid growth and impact, helping local seniors age safely and independently in their homes.
Across Greenbrier Valley and the surrounding communities, VCG Lewisburg provides compassionate, affordable, non-medical care that helps seniors throughout their day – from cooking and cleaning to bathing and rides to appointments.
While the work seems simple, the impact is deeply meaningful. In many respects, these caregivers are an extension of families, supporting people at their most vulnerable with dignity, compassion and respect. To date, the team has provided more than 61,000 hours of support to local seniors and their families, with over 80 caregivers currently serving more than 100 clients in the area.”
“From the moment we opened our doors back in March of 2025, the welcome we received here in Lewisburg and surrounding areas was immediate, enthusiastic and genuine,” noted Morgan Stover, Executive Director of the VCG Lewisburg office. “The people of Lewisburg allowed us to become part of this community, not just another business in it – and that means more to us than I can put into words.”
Headquartered in Barboursville, West Virginia-based Village Caregiving has 11 locations throughout the state. Nationally, VCG has more than 4,300 caregivers serving 5,500 clients in 70 offices across 20 states.
