Tim, Carrie, and 5th generation farmer Eli Hancock of Laurel Creek Farm have Grain Finished Beef at the Lewisburg Farmers Market.

Tim and Carrie Hancock of Laurel Creek Farm have Angus/Limousin cross beef at the Lewisburg Farmers Market (LFM).

Their beef is grass fed and grain finished on non-GMO local grain from Gap Mills. Laurel Creek offers ground beef and a variety of steak and roast cuts. They also have spectacular greens, produce, and salad. Laurel Creek Farm is located in Wolf Creek, and their son Eli is 5th generation on the land.

LFM will be giving away free Redbud and Red Oak seedlings this Saturday to continue celebrating Earth Day. Also this Saturday woodworker Lonnie Withrow will be displaying and selling his craft at LFM for the first time.

The Lewisburg Farmers Market is open Saturdays from Apr. 14 – October, and vendors have bagels, bread, baked goods, Persian food, greens, maple syrup, vegetables, herbs, pork, poultry, lamb, beef, eggs, chair massage, handmade wearables, crafts, and kid’s activities, and if you are lucky, live music. LFM accepts SNAP, EBT, Senior Coupons and credit cards.
