Funds awarded to arts and rec grant recipients

At the May 9 Greenbrier County Commission meeting, the commission approved in a split vote, with Commissioner Mike McClung opposing, to adjust the committee’s recommendations to include $250,000 for the White Sulphur Springs community pool, bringing the total allocated arts and recreation funding for the 2017-2018 grant cycle to $623,065. The following is a tally of the Greenbrier County Arts and Recreation grant recipients.
