The Western Greenbrier Rotary Club is teaming with Fruits of Labor Café and Bakery (FoL) to hold a fundraising dinner on Tuesday, Apr. 19, from 6- 7:30 p.m. at FoL’s Café & Bakery in Rainelle. Proceeds from the dinner go to support Rotary and FoL’s work in the community.
The four-course dinner includes appetizers (bite-size Sicilian anti-pasta, Italian Caprese salad and Greek cucumber spinach bites); a salad course (berry mandarin salad served with a red wine vinaigrette); a main course (oven roasted new potatoes, sautéed asparagus and mushrooms, lemon brined pork loin with berry mango relish); and a dessert. Ladies going through FoL’s culinary certification program will help prepare and serve the meal. Dinner tickets are $25 each and are available at the FoL Café or by calling 304-392-5592.
