Free movie this Saturday
“The Lego Movie” will be presented for free at the Lewis Theatre this Saturday, Dec. 26, at 4 p.m. and again at 6:30. This is a holiday gift from the owners of the historic theater.
A winner of 63 awards, this is the story of an ordinary Lego construction worker, thought to be the prophesied “Special,” who is recruited to join a quest to stop an evil tyrant from gluing the Lego universe into eternal stasis. Rated PG, running time is 100 minutes.
The Lewis Theatre, home to feature films, documentaries, live music, community events, and Trillium Performing Arts, is the locally owned and famil- run venue in historic downtown Lewisburg. To keep up with Lewis activities, sign up for weekly emails or like them on Facebook, or call 304-645-6038.
