Lewisburg-Frederick Minter Tabscott, 73, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center following a short illness.
He was born Jan. 14, 1946, at Ronceverte, a son of the late George H. and Clara Lipps Tabscott.
Fred worked for Morlunda Farms and later worked for Ashby Deitz.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, James Tabscott and a half brother, Tom Lipps.
He is survived by a sister, Evelyn Tabscott of Lewisburg.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 18, at Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery, Richlands community Lewisburg, with Ellen Bell officiating the service.
There will be no visitation.
