FPC Alderson celebrates Black History Month

FPC Alderson’s staff celebrated 2014’s Black History Month theme: “Civil Rights in Education.” Dr. L. Marshall Washington, president of New River Community and Technical College served as the keynote speaker, addressing the significance of earning an education. Staff participated in the celebration by sampling a delicious buffet of various soul foods prepared for the event.
