Downtown Lewisburg celebrates First Fridays After Five on Friday, Apr. 1, from 5 to 8 p.m. Join the fun with live music, grand openings, specials, artist shows, and complimentary tastings throughout town – all free to the public. Everyone is welcome! 

Let’s welcome Mountain Momma to Downtown Lewisburg! Stop by for their Open House Celebration. See this newest shop, enjoy lots of sales and see the spring consignment clothing along with refreshments and homemade brownies and cookies and giveaways! Join Edith’s for a fun and different kind of First Friday. They’ve been working hard all winter to perfect a new dance piece choreographed by their own Sam Cruz… “Crane Duet” with musical accompaniment from Jess Shields on the tambourine. Spring into Lewisburg’s newest spot to stop and shop. CountySeat Arts and Music is opening for business Apr. 1, no fooling! The woman-owned arts and crafts gallery specializes in quirky, kitschy, and one of a kind work. The Greenbrier Valley Visitors Center welcomes spring with two First Friday features! Join the farmers and producers of The Courthouse Farmer’s Market as they present “Meet Your Farmer, Meet Your Food.” Chat with producers and find out how they grow their products. Music & light refreshments will be part of the festivities. Representatives from the CAMC Telemedicine Office at Robert C Byrd Clinic in Lewisburg will also be on hand to perform blood pressure testing and provide information on their services. April’s “Art in the Valley” exhibit will feature The EMPOWER Project through Communities in Schools of Greenbrier County, designed to encourage youth to find positive coping mechanisms and self-expression through art. The artwork, created by students in grade 5-12, will be auctioned by Communities in Schools of Greenbrier County on Apr. 28 in the Visitors Center.
