We celebrate the last First Friday of the year with live music, horse-drawn carriage rides, and extended shopping hours as the Magic of Christmas fills our streets on Dec. 5!

Enjoy the rich harmonies of Solis Consort as they perform Christmas carols a cappella style in the Greenspace, weather permitting.

Stop in the Visitors Center to view “Sharing the Gift of Our Talents,” an annual art exhibit created by Greenbrier County high school and middle school students. Don’t miss this exhibit as you will be astounded by the talent of our local art students! Beautiful Beaded & Jeweled Ornaments created by local artist Lee Gillespie will also be on display. Purchase a beautiful ornament for a special someone or take one home for yourself! The Visitors Center is all decked out as we welcome “Merry Christmas Around the World,” a display of beautifully decorated trees from countries around the world, accompanied by written histories of their customs and traditions. Remember or honor a loved one by adding an ornament to the Greenbrier Valley HospiceCare “Love Light” tree. Greenbrier River Optimistic Ukulele Players will perform Christmas tunes from 5 to 6 p.m. Hope to see you on the 5th!  (304-645-1000 @GbrValleyWV 905 Washington Street W. greenbrierwv.com)
