The Greenbrier Valley Board of REATORS have completed their annual Feed the Need project for 2023.  Every year the Realtors work hard to raise money and collect non-perishable food items for our local food pantries. Celebrating the 13th year of the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTOR’s Feed the Need, they raised over $146,000 total that goes directly to our local food pantries and those in need.

The Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors Feed the Need Committee, consisting of Chair Robert Bittinger Jr., Co-Chair Jill Allman, and Baker Extraordinaire Amanda Pachis, had their annual meeting with the local food pantry directors and the co-director of Wellspring of Greenbrier Inc. from Greenbrier and Monroe counties.

For 2023, the Feed the Need Committee through its very generous donors was able to deliver $1,400 to nine food pantries and Wellspring of Greenbrier Inc. The funds were raised through a bake auction where donors paid $1,000, $500, and $250 for cakes and cookies as well as a broker/agent challenge of $100.  As Realtors, we are happy to serve our community and help out when we see a need.
