A wood burned pair of earrings

Carnegie Hall’s Spring Classes & Workshops features a Family Fun Series that offers fun-filled education and entertaining activities great for all ages. Teaching artist Jennifer Spencer will teach how to wood burn jewelry to students on Thursday, Apr. 21, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, May 7, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Explore the art of wood burning. Create your choice of designs featuring a pair of feathered wing earrings, or a rustic West Virginia mountain scene pendant or keychain. Come solo or bring a friend and create a one-of-a-kind keepsake or the perfect Mother’s Day gift. No experience necessary.

Registration is $45/class ($40/class for members) and students 18 years old and younger receive an automatic scholarship and pay only $20. Students must be 14 years old and class size is limited. To enroll or for a complete list of classes and workshops visit carnegiehallwv.org/classes-and-workshops or pick up a Classes & Workshops brochure at 611 Church Street, Lewisburg.
