After Tuesday’s election, West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner and Greenbrier County Circuit Clerk Robin Loudermilk have both released unofficial voter totals for the state-side races.
As the nail-biting results of the national presidential election remain far from certain, West Virginia’s electoral college votes all went to President Donald Trump, who took the state with 539,550 votes compared to Former Vice President Joe Biden’s 232,424 votes.
Locally, representatives in Greenbrier County have flipped red, with House of Delegates incumbents Cindy Lavender-Bowe and Jeff Campbell losing their seats, replaced by Republican challengers Todd Longanacre and Barry Bruce. In addition, Republican state senate candidate Jack Woodrum will be joining Senator Stephen Baldwin in representing the county in the West Virginia Senate.
