White Sulphur Springs – David Hugh Green, 74, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, at his residence.

He was born Apr. 9, 1943, in Waynesville, NC, a son of the late Hugh and Zannie Burgess Green.

He was a member of the Neola Baptist Church and a member of Tranquil Trail CEOS Club. He was retired from the Greenbrier Airport Limousine Service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Novella Ann Estep Green on June 12, 2016; and a brother, Odell Green.

Survivors include two daughters, Rhonda G. Richardson and Sherry G. Barrett; two sons, Timothy Green and Kevin Green; two sisters, Margaret Castillo and Edna Bradley; brother, Milford Green; sister-in-law, Jenetta Pitsenbarger; brother-in-law, Marvin Pitsenbarger; niece, Tamara Tan and husband Michael Tan; 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one grand-niece and three grand-nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 28 at Neola Baptist Church where Pastor Ralph Hubbard officiated. Burial was in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens in Lewisburg.

Friends and family were received at the church before the service on Thursday.

Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs was in charge of arrangements.
