Danny Lee Long, 62, of Ronceverte, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2025, at his home in Ronceverte.
He was born Aug. 15, 1962, at Union, WV, a son of the late James Allen and Edna Ruth Masters Long.
Danny was an auto body technician with Greenbrier Motors.
He is survived by his wife of 33½ years, Betty Midkiff Long, two daughters, Jennifer Cochran (Chad) of Trout and Danielle Reynolds (Ethan) of Ronceverte, two grandchildren, Chloe Dauwell and Kylie Dauwell and a great-granddaughter, Addisyn. He is also survived by a sister, Patsy R. Cornwell of Lewisburg and brothers, Roger A. Long of Gap Mills and Jerry L. Long (Jan) of Lewisburg; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life honoring Danny, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 9, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte. A service will follow the visitation with Pastor Roger McDaniel officiating.
