Curtis Lee Perkins

Ronceverte-Curtis Lee Perkins, 82, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at his residence following a long illness.
He was born July 30, 1932, at Crawley, a son of the late Roe and Edgel Thompson Perkins.
Mr. Perkins was a retired Machinist from Bendix Corporation and Appalachian Electronics. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lovina “Venus” Morgan; one sister and three brothers.
He is survived by: his wife, Lorraine June Fultz Perkins; children, Charlene of Ronceverte, Mike and wife Tracy of Ronceverte, Peggy of Beckley and Steve of Welch; grandchildren, Eric, Josh, Kayla, Kristopher, Curtis, Chrissy, Amanda, Steve, Sierra and Austin; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bibby, Gladys, Marion, Louise and Phyllis; and brothers, Pedro and John.
There will be a visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday evening, Aug. l, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte.
Per his wishes, his body will be cremated following the visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1601 2nd Avenue, Charleston, WV 25387 or by logging on to www.alz.org/wv.
