The White Sulphur Springs Public Library Board of Trustees extends heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Lanie Collins Stephens, Dr. Frank Collins, and all the generous supporters who participated in the Stacked Book Quilt Raffle, which concluded on Sunday, May 25. Congratulations to Mr. Russell Cronquest, the lucky recipient of the beautifully handcrafted full-sized quilt.
Proceeds from the raffle were contributed directly to the Library’s operations budget. Like many libraries in the region, White Sulphur Springs Public Library depends on individual donations and community fundraisers to sustain its current level of service and accessibility.
Library Director Joann Hartzell expressed deep gratitude for Mrs. Stephens, the talented quilt creator, and for Dr. Collins, whose tireless efforts helped bring attention to the fundraiser. Their dedication, along with the generosity of the broader community, played a vital role in making this event a resounding success.
