Concert will honor those who have served Greenbrier Valley Theatre set to host West Virginia Jazz Orchestra

Greenbrier Valley Theatre (GVT) will present a Veteran’s Day Concert featuring the West Virginia Jazz Orchestra on Monday, Nov. 9, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and cost $12 for general admission, $10 for seniors over sixty and $8 for children/students. Veterans and active military personnel are admitted free of charge. The concert will feature jazz favorites and patriotic music.
As part of the concert, a slide show featuring photos of local veterans will play throughout the performance. Greenbrier Valley Theatre is accepting photos of veterans to be included in the slide show until Monday, Nov. 2. Submissions should include name(s) of the veteran(s) pictured, rank and branch of service, and years of service.
Photos can be submitted in person or by mail to Greenbrier Valley Theatre, Attn: Veteran’s Day Concert at 113 E. Washington Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 or can be emailed to Micah Labishak at micah@gvtheatre.org. For more information, call (304) 645-3838.
