In a unanimous vote, the county commissioners approved the county’s Comprehensive Plan at the meeting held on Tuesday evening. At a working session the previous week, the commissioners had suggested three small amendments to the plan, which were adopted and approved by the Planning Commission on the same day.
Commissioner Mike McClung, speaking for the GCC, offered thanks to all the citizens involved with shaping the plan for their time and commitment to create a viable Comprehensive Plan for the county.
