Statement by Treasurer Pack
State Treasurer Larry Pack issues a statement in response to the Governor’s Office’s statement on TANF and West Virginia’s School Clothing Allowance Program:
“The Governor can cast all the stones he wants to put blame elsewhere, but at the end of the day, this is his administration. As Governor, he has the opportunity to make needy children a priority. So do it. We will never stop fighting for supporting children and families who need it most,” Treasurer Pack said. “We look forward to continue dialogue with state leaders to better serve West Virginia’s most vulnerable families.”
