Plenty of food, entertainment, vendors and more will bring folks to town, including the Little Critters Petting Zoo.\r\n\r\nThe Spring Fest is sponsored by the WV Dept. of Agriculture I State Fair of West Virginia\u2019s Farmer for a Day Exhibit, the WV Dept. of Agriculture \/ Capital Soil Water Conservation District Soil Trailer, West Virginia State University\u2019s Scratch Program and activities, and the Greenbrier Soil and Water Conservation District.
