Interfaith Fellowship meeting\r\n\r\nThe Lewisburg Interfaith Fellowship, an inclusive spiritual community, will meet Saturday, June 25, at 4 p.m. at 318 Washington Street, Suite B (across from the south entrance to the Public Library). The group meets to share their spiritual practices and experiences for a greater understanding and acceptance of each other, and to celebrate their diversity. This week\u2019s presentation will be \u201cYour Elusive Creative Genius,\u201d a TED Talk by Elizabeth Gilbert (Eat, Pray, Love) by Jim McMahon. There will be no meeting on July 2.\r\n\r\nNew River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship\r\n\r\nservice Sunday, June 26, will begin at 11 a.m. Visitors are welcome. The fellowship is located at 911 South Kanawha Street, Beckley.\r\n\r\nPence Springs Community Church\r\n\r\nwill hold Vacation Bible School July 11-15 from 6 to 8 p.m. All ages welcome. This year\u2019s theme is Cow a-bunga Farm Grownin\u2019 with Our Faithful God.\r\n\r\nRonceverte Baptist Church\r\n\r\nwill have its Annual Bible Day Camp at Island Park in Ronceverte on Monday, July 11 through Thursday, July 14 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.\r\n\r\nThe camp will be limited to the first 50 young people who sign up. There will be no cost involved to parents or youth. All expenses will be paid by the Ronceverte Baptist Church. Lunch and refreshments will be served daily. The purpose of this camp is to teach everyone about the love of God for them. Also, how a Christian can live their life pleasing to God in this day and age we live in. Eddie Harris, Pastor of the Little Wolf Creek Baptist Church, will be speaking. There will be singing, preaching, Bible study and recreation. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12-step meeting that incorporates the 12 steps and the 8 Beatitudes in the Bible and scripture and prayer to assist people with the healing process. Unlike most secular programs the issues people present are varied and not necessarily the same problem or struggle, so no one is excluded. Our meetings are on Thursday nights - from 6 to 6:30 p.m. is the meet and greet; 6:30 to 7:30 is the open meeting; and 7:30 to 8:30 is gender specific small groups. The meetings take place at the Rhema Christian Church on Davis Stewart Road in Fairlea.
